LEVEL 1Coaching Foundations

Course Duration and Overview
Duration: While the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires a minimum of 60 hours for coaching programs, Time Coach Academy offers over 70 hours of blended online and offline training. The learning style is flexible and designed for busy professionals. (Course calendar available)
Time Commitment: If you can dedicate about 5 hours per week (approximately 1 hour per day) for coaching study and practice, you are ready to enroll in this course.
Course Platform: Online classes are held via Google Meet or Zoom, and all students gain access to Time Coach Academy’s dedicated learning platform upon registration.
Session Recordings: All sessions are recorded and shared via our Telegram channel for your convenience.

  • Assessment & Practice → Participants complete coaching exercises, record coaching sessions with transcripts, and receive individual mentor coaching based on recordings. Upon successful completion of assessments, participants are awarded a certificate of achievement.

LEVEL 2Professional Coaching Skills

Course Duration & Structure
Duration: The minimum required hours set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the comprehensive level (Level 1 + Level 2) is 125 hours. At Time Coach Academy, you will receive over 140 hours of blended online and offline training, designed flexibly for busy professionals
